Vera Leisibach, born in 1987, often works in artist teams or collectives. Over the last few years she has developed a working strategy in which the generation of material on-site, along with on-site inspection, and with a variety of different media, forms the beginning of her projects. She is also a freelance artist, curator, filmmaker, and photographer and co-founder of the self-organized cultural space, Zollhaus Lucerne. Is now active in the Tat-Ort Garden, which is a collective-experiment field in which settings are tested such as collective-gardening, beer tasting, parties, video games, cyanotype sessions, grilling, pizza baking, and collective learning with local artists. Currently she is doing her doctorate, 1 + 1 = 3: Long-term collaborative strategies in artist collectives- or groups of contemporary art.
