Keiko Sei is a writer, curator and educator in media art/activism. After working in Eastern Europe for decades she has moved to Southeast Asia in 2002 where she started FAMU film workshop and helped establishing Wathann Film Festival in Myanmar. She has curated, written, taught worldwide.Currently she is working on various projects that focus on “state-lessness”.
